A Beaumont resident has claimed a $1 million top prize in the Texas Lottery’s 200X scratch-off game. The winning $20 ticket was purchased at Fuzzy’s, located at 4115 E. Lucas Drive in Beaumont, reported Beaumont Enterprise .
The winner chose to keep their identity private.
Lottery officials confirmed that this marks the third of four available $1 million prizes claimed in the 200X game. The overall odds of winning any prize in the game are 1 in 3.39, including break-even amounts, according to the Texas Lottery.
Prize distribution data shows several major prizes still unclaimed, including:
- One remaining $1 million prize
- Four $100,000 prizes
- Dozens of $10,000 prizes
- Hundreds of thousands of smaller wins
The Texas Lottery, operated by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, has generated more than $41.5 billion for the state since 1992 and awarded over $93.5 billion in prizes.
