OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - One person was injured in an accidental shooting in North Omaha Saturday night.

Officers were called around 7:45 p.m. Friday near 37th and Fowler streets.

Officers determined that the victim, a 34-year-old man, had shot himself on accident.

OPD says he was taken to the hospital with a non-life threatening injury.
