In a back-and-forth game that the New York Jets have lost plenty of over the course of the last decade, they were the ones that came out on top in a 27-24 victory, with place kicker Nick Folk converting from 56 yards out as time expired to give the organization their third win of the season.
It wasn't a perfect performance by any means from the Jets (3-9), but it was just enough to beat a Falcons (4-8) team that still had slight playoff hopes if they had won that game.
It was a breakout performance from wide receiver Adonai Mitchell, who had his best performance -- eight catches for 102 receiving yards and a touchdown -- who came over in the blockbuster trade that sent Sauce Gardner to the Indianapolis Colts prior to the trade deadline last month.
