Alabama has secured its first criminal enterprise conviction that carries mandatory prison time for gang-related crimes.
Attorney General Steve Marshall announced last week Tyrone Davis, 19, of Autauga County, pleaded guilty to one count of knowingly possessing a firearm during the commission of a criminal act intended to benefit a criminal enterprise.
