IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG) - The Iowa football team accepted a bid to the 2025 ReliaQuest Bowl in Tampa, Florida, where they will take on Vanderbilt out of the Southeastern Conference.

The game is set to kick off at 11:00 AM central time from Raymond James Stadium on December 31st.

The ReliaQuest Bowl was previously known as the Outback Bowl. The Hawkeyes previously played in the game in 2004, 2006, 2009, 2014, 2017 and 2019.

“We are excited about the opportunity to play in the ReliaQuest Bowl,” said head coach Kirk Ferentz in a release. “This allows our players one last chance to play together in a city and Bowl that is a Hawkeye favorite for its hospitality and game day experience. We look forward to heading south and competing hard to finish the 2025 season.”
