DALLAS — All the conference championships are over and the College Football Playoff selection committee has picked the 12 schools that will vie for the national championship.

Two Texas schools made it into the 12-team bracket.

For those who did not make it to the dance, they were matched up among the many bowl games that will be played throughout the rest of December and into the new year. This season, 80 teams qualified to be bowl eligible (six wins) for the 82 spots in the bowl season.
