An entity tracing to Simone Charitable Foundation Inc. acquired the Atlas Warehouse at 3797 S. Silverado Court, Gilbert, on Nov. 5 for $26.8 million from an entity tracing to Atlas Capital Partners, according to commercial real-estate website vizzda.com.

There was no debt recorded with the sale.

The property is a 60,675-square-foot industrial warehouse building built in 2025 on 8.15 acres zoned light industrial by the town of Gilbert. It has 5,000 square feet of office, a 1,890-square-foot vehicle maintenance bay, and 1,142 square feet of canopies along with 15 dock doors and two grade doors.

The property has 74 parking spaces, three meeting ADA requirements, for a ratio of 1.2 per 1,000 square feet.
