ST. CLAIR COUNTY, Ill. (First Alert 4) -St. Clair County Emergency Management Agency is asking for help from the public in locating a 15-year-old autistic boy.

Jacob Romine was last seen wearing a black hat, a black puffer jacket and blue jeans.

Romine left from St. Matthew’s Church at 1200 Moreland Drive in Belleville.

St. Clair officials ask anyone who has seen Romine to call 618-825-2681 or call 911.
