Brewed Awakenings owner hopes to jolt RI's elections with new group

WARWICK − Many faces of Rhode Island conservative politics converged at Republican Aaron Guckian 's gubernatorial campaign kickoff at Brewed Awakenings Cafe this month, from the candidate himself, to past GOP luminaries and party operatives from across the state.

At a booth in the center of it all, David Levesque , the coffee shop's owner and co-founder of a new political group that hopes to make its mark at the State House, held court.
