Hyderabad: Authorities at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) were on high alert Sunday night after bomb threats targeted three incoming flights, including two international services. All three aircraft landed safely, airport officials confirmed on Monday.

The threats, sent via email to RGIA customer support, concerned flights arriving from Kannur, Frankfurt and London Heathrow. Standard airport safety protocols were immediately activated, and thorough inspections were conducted by the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), local police, and bomb disposal squads. The threats were later confirmed to be hoaxes.

The affected flights included:

IndiGo 6E 7178 from Kannur, which landed safely at 10:50 pm.

Lufthansa LH 752 from Frankfurt, landing at 2 am on Monday
