ORLANDO, Fla. — On opening night of baseball’s Winter Meetings, the lobby of the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek was packed Sunday night with reporters sipping on cold drinks, eating a late dinner and sniffing around for some news, or at least a juicy rumor.
