A Disney World guest recorded a bizarre encounter with an opossum at Magic Kingdom

The guest, who posted a video to TikTok, says she saw the large rodent during Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party in November

“It was so funny. It brought us so much joy," she says

A family visiting Disney World was surprised to find a furry creature joining them for Magic Kingdom’s nightly fireworks show.

“Even the [opossums] came for the Disney dining experience,” TikTok user Shay wrote in the caption of her Nov. 22 video. “We definitely enjoyed the free entertainment.”

Shay tells PEOPLE the bizarre encounter occurred while she, her wife, and her in-laws were vacationing in Orlando, Fla. last month.
