Of course, Bojan Miovski’s double against Kilmarnock was huge for the North Macedonian international – and key to a 3-0 victory for Danny Rohl’s team. ‌

But no. What occurred after the 90 minutes in Ayrshire felt even more seminal for the Ibrox club.

An 18-year-old kid stepped forward from a crowd of orange shirts to take the acclaim of the away support in the Chadwick Stand.

For the first time in a while, Rangers fans were united in chanting the name of one of their players. ‌
