Sometimes, the most casual outfits go the hardest. See: the supermodel Gisele Bündchen slouching around New York in a pair of Converse and a messy bun. Or, indeed: the supermodel Gisele Bündchen wearing what could be the most perfect airport look of the late 2000s (wired headphones, black skinnies and some kind of pointless scarf). Yes, Gisele looks like she does, and could therefore wear a ragged sack and make it look chic, but still. Oftentimes, an outfit works best when it’s not overly accessorised or laboured over.
