Two Mobile County men arrested with nearly two pounds of "100.7% pure methamphetamine" in a shed have been sentenced to decades in federal prison.

A federal judge sentenced Demetrius Dwayne Powell, 33, to 20 years and Diricka Tyrese McCants, 41, to 12 years for participating in a drug-trafficking conspiracy and illegally possessing firearms in furtherance of drug crimes, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Alabama stated in a news release on Monday Morning.
