MADISON (WKOW) — The City of Madison has unveiled a new set of trading cards featuring its snowplow fleet.

The snowplow names were submitted and voted on by the community .

Names include : Anne Pathaway, Princess Sleigha, Sno'diggity, Plower to the People, Mike Snowplowski and Snowceratops.

These cards are available for free at Madison Public Library locations and Streets Division offices while supplies last.

The trading cards celebrate the work of snowplows and their operators. Last winter, residents voted on names for six snowplow vehicles, and the winning names are now featured on the cards.

Each card includes a salt use fact from Wisconsin Salt Wise. This partnership emphasizes the importance of using the correct amount of salt to keep local lakes from becoming saltier.
