CLEVELAND, Ohio — University Hospitals has opened a new Breast Health Center with the goal of making early detection of breast cancer more accessible and reducing late-stage cancer diagnoses.
UH recently held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Breast Health Center, located at the UH Parma Medical Arts Center, 6115 Powers Blvd., Suite 302, Parma.
The breast center, which provides personal care aimed at preventing, diagnosing, and treating benign and malignant breast disease, offers cancer screening, diagnosis, advanced treatment and reconstructive surgery.
Breast health navigators at the center serve as liaisons between patients and their care team, UH said.
“This new Breast Health Center reflects our deep commitment to delivering accessible, patient-centered care,” said Dr. James Hill,
