GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. —

A Greenville County, South Carolina, man is now charged with murder after authorities say he fatally shot a man during a road rage incident.

On Wednesday afternoon, the South Greenville Fire Department responded to a call about a possible crash and found a vehicle on the side of Augusta Road.

According to deputies, a person was found inside the vehicle with an injury reported as a possible gunshot wound.

The victim was taken to the hospital and died. He has been identified as 25-year-old Nicholas Daniel Rios. The coroner's office said Rios was able to help several others live through organ donation.
