A Belforest Elementary School assistant principal who was recently put on administrative leave after being charged with a second DUI in less than a year could be facing jail time for the incident and for violating her probation.

According to Daphne Municipal Court records, Melissa Spriggs was arrested for driving under the influence on Nov. 23.
