“Blue Bloods” actor Andrew Terraciano, 22, revealed that he got the bad news that he wouldn’t reprise the role in the show’s spinoff, “Boston Blue,” on his graduation day.
“They had spoken to my mom and she called me [crying],” the actor told Us Weekly .
He graduated f rom New York University in May.
“They were like, ‘They might be looking for a different Sean.’ Shortly after we got the news, Donnie [Wahlberg] called me. It was a really beautiful moment of getting to hear from an old friend but also somebody that you respect so much and have learned so much from.”
“Blue Bloods” aired on CBS for 14 seasons from 2010 to 2024.
