OnePlus has revealed the core hardware for its upcoming Pad Go 2 tablet, which arrives in Canada on December 17. The company is pitching the tablet as a budget-friendly option built for schoolwork, entertainment and everyday multitasking.
The Pad Go 2 runs on MediaTek’s Dimensity 7300-Ultra, an octa-core processor made on a 4nm process. OnePlus says the chip should deliver smooth performance over time and has passed third-party fluency tests.
Battery life is one of the tablet’s biggest features, touts OnePlus. It has a huge 10,050mAh battery that supports 33W SuperVOOC fast charging.
