The lawsuit, filed on Monday, accuses the administration of infringing on free speech rights after Apple removed the app from its store following demands from Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi.

Attorney General Bondi argued that the app endangered Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers, prompting Apple to remove ICEBlock and similar applications in October. The app's developer, Joshua Aaron, contends this action represents a violation of the First Amendment.
