ORLANDO, Fla. — Pete Alonso, the beloved all-time Mets home run hitter, was expected to drive over from his Tampa home to meet with the Red Sox, Orioles and other teams, as The Post’s Mike Puma reported.
Meantime, in a juicy bit of intrigue, the Mets were checking on the Phillies’ coveted, All-Star home run hitter Kyle Schwarber.
