GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) - A 42-year-old woman faces arson charges after deputies say she set fire to her landlord’s property following a dispute Saturday.

Deputies responded to a verbal dispute on Northeast 145th Avenue on Saturday. An investigation revealed Laura Seubert caused around $1,600 worth of damage by starting a fire at her landlord’s window, according to deputies.

Seubert is being held at Marion County Jail on a $2,500 bond.
