IndiGo Flight Status Live Updates: IndiGo Board Chairman Vikram Singh Mehta issued a video message late Wednesday, apologising for the recent disruption and assuring that the airline is working to identify the root cause of the large-scale cancellations that began on December 3. He said the board has decided to bring in external technical experts to work alongside the management, adding that every aspect of what went wrong will be examined and lessons will be learned. “I want to say very simply, we are sorry,” Mehta said, acknowledging passengers’ inconvenience and promising corrective action.
