Two men have been charged following a reported pepper spray attack at Heathrow Airport on Sunday that left 21 people injured. HM Courts and Tribunal Service staff said Tyrone Richards, 31, and Anton Clarke-Butcher, 24, have each been charged with two counts of robbery and two counts of administering a noxious substance after the incident at the UK's busiest airport.

These latest charges follow an investigation into a reported assault in Terminal 3’s multi-story car park on Sunday. Just before the attack police said two women had their suitcases robbed while getting out of the car park lift.
