TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - Two people are facing charges in connection with the protest outside a Taco Giro in Tucson during the federal raids on Friday, Dec. 5.
According to court documents, Sheryl Anna Rowe has been accused of assaulting a federal agent, while Ryan Michael Seal has been accused of damaging a federal vehicle.
The incidents happened at the Taco Giro near St. Mary’s and Grande in Tucson. It is the same location where Rep. Adelita Grijalva claimed she was pepper-sprayed by agents.
13 News was there and saw at least one protester arrested, while another protester was seen getting in the face of an agent.
Seal allegedly broke a taillight of a Homeland Security vehicle and tried to flee. The damage was around $900, according to the federal documents.
