Plenty of discussions are being had at MLB Winter Meetings.

Red Sox chief baseball officer Craig Breslow revealed Boston has received trade calls pertaining to their surplus of starting pitchers, a group that includes a mixture of experience and potential.

MassLive’s Sean McAdam and Chris Cotillo reported the Red Sox have conducted trade calls with “three or four” teams .

“… The source cautioned that no deal is close (for Ketel Marte) and estimated that the Red Sox are, at the same time, conducting trade talks with ‘three or four other’ teams in an effort to improve their roster.”
