Holiday company Parkdean Resorts has invested £2.5m into a major refurbishment of its head office in Newcastle where it has been based for 25 years.
Gosforth based Parkdean Resorts owns and operates 65 parks across the UK with caravans, lodges and glamping as well as touring and camping pitches, and it recently announced plans to invest £50m into its portfolio in the coming year.
The business has also been investing in its own headquarters, enlisting building surveyors Lantern Building Consultancy to design and manage the multimillion-pound makeover of the property at Gosforth Business Park.
The eight-month project has seen the consultancy create new workspace, without disrupting day-to-day operations for its 350 strong team.
