MEDINA — Kathleen Cadieux, 77, passed away unexpectedly on Dec. 6, 2025 at United Memorial Medical Center in Batavia.

She was born Dec. 26, 1947, in Palmer, Mass., the daughter of Charles and Mary (Polzwartek) Kusha. Kathy graduated from Palmer High School, Class of 1965, and soon after married the love of her life, Richard Cadieux, in 1966. In 1984, Kathy and Richard moved their family to Western New York, where she eventually resided in Medina. Kathy worked as a custodian for Oakfield-Alabama Central School District for several years.
