The iconic watchmaker behind high-profile brands and watch designs by Juicy Couture, Vince Camuto, Nine West and Amitron, has filed for bankruptcy after nearly 70 years in business.

E. Gluck Corporation filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on Dec. 1, 2025.

The company cited steep declines for traditional watches, supply chain disruptions and tariffs as contributing factors leading to its filing decision.
