Parts of North Jersey could be in store for more light snow this week, although weather forecasts are predicting low accumulation, if any, throughout the area.
Higher elevations in the region will see 1-2 inches at most Dec. 10, according to the National Weather Service Mount Holly office . The agency indicated Sussex Borough has only a 9% chance of seeing at least 1 inch in the weather pattern, while the rest of New Jersey had no chance of even reaching that total.
The forecast in Sparta Dec. 10 calls for a mix of precipitation through much of the afternoon and evening, adding up to less than one inch. In Teaneck , residents can expect "little or no snow accumulation" throughout the day. Much of Bergen County was not predicted to see snow.
