WOWTOMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - With the completion and reopening of the new Harney bridge over I-480, the next phase of streetcar construction is coming into focus.
The same process is necessary on Farnam Street and the City of Omaha has scheduled that bridge to close on Jan. 5.
The demolition of the bridge is scheduled from January 9th through the 12th.
Prep work for this closure must be done ahead of time and this will lead to overnight lane closures on I-480.

Those are scheduled for tonight and the night of December 15th, weather permitting.
