The City of Kitchener’s refreshed website features artificial intelligence technology developed by a local company.

The website now uses an advanced search function powered by AI and developed by municiPal AI.

When a website user enters search terms in the search box, front and centre on the site’s home page, municiPal AI reviews data across the city’s websites to deliver an instant, accurate answer, a release said.
