According to jail records, a man accused of manslaughter in the death of a retired Brigadier General has bonded out.

Jonathan Daryl Morrow, 33, who was behind the wheel of a Dodge Ram when police say he ran through two stop signs and into the Ford F-150 driven by Brig. Gen. (Ret.) Paul Rowlett, posted bond on Tuesday, according to officials.

Morrow’s bond was $200,000, and authorities say his toxicology at the time of the wreck is still pending. Hattiesburg Police Department is investigating the case.

Rowlett served as an intelligence specialist for the Department of Justice at the time of the Jessica Chambers case in north Mississippi. He was the star witness in both trials against Quinton Tellis, piecing together a detailed digital trail that the prosecution said put Tellis and Chambe
