NORRISTOWN — A Pottstown man won’t face any additional time behind bars but faces continued court supervision in the form of probation on charges he participated in two illegal gun transfers as part of a sophisticated multi-county gun trafficking network.
Ryan Stoudt, 26, of the 400 block of Farmington Avenue, was sentenced in Montgomery County Court to 11½ months already served to 23 months in jail on charges of corrupt organizations, illegal sale or transfer of firearms, conspiring in the illegal sale or transfer of firearms and possession with intent to deliver marijuana in connection with incidents that occurred between January and July 2024.
Stoudt was given credit for the time he spent in jail from July 30, 2024, to July 10, 2025, while awaiting court action on the charges.
