But for some pups, toys go beyond play. Plush companions can provide comfort, becoming objects they rely on for safety and reassurance.

Jane is a perfect example.

Jane’s journey began at the Humane Society of Northwest Louisiana (HSNWLA). She was rescued alongside her mother and siblings just hours after birth.

The shelter staff welcomed the family warmly, giving them everything they needed to grow healthy and feel secure.
