LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - Shortly after 10 p.m. on Oct. 14, 2025, a woman told police that a man had exposed himself to her 10-year-old daughter at a home in the 100 block of Barracuda Drive.

Police named 23-year-old Ruben Enrique Garza as the suspect, saying he inappropriately touched himself on the outside of his pants. Following their investigation, officers secured a warrant and arrested Garza on Nov. 27, 2025.

He faces a charge of indecency with a child by exposure.
