ELLENTON, Fla. (WWSB) - More developments are set to come to Ellenton. On Thursday, Manatee Co. commissioners unanimously approved 2 hotels to be built by the Ellenton Premium Outlets.

The hotels, Hilton Livsmart and Woodspring Suites, will both be 4 stories located south of 29th St. E. and west of 60th Ave. E. within the Ellenton Premium Outlets, right by the Ice and Sports Complex.

The hotel’s will use 197 parking spaces from the outlet mall.

According to documents , the Ellenton Premium Outlets mall has 2,432 parking spaces, which is overparked based on current zoning requirements by 447 spaces.

Manatee Co. Commissioner George Kruse said the new developments will be beneficial to the area.
