PEABODY, Mass. —
Crews responded to a unique call Tuesday afternoon, when two deer became trapped in an old manufacturing plant in Peabody, Massachusetts.
Peabody police say the distressed deer were entrapped in an enclosed area of Rousselot.
Utilizing power tools, both police and firefighters cut a hole through the fence to create a safe escape route for the animals.
According to police, the deer were freed and released without injury.
