President Donald J. Trump’s visit to Northeast Pennsylvania is already showing how important the 2026 U.S. House of Representatives elections will be for his administration’s agenda in the final two years of his second term.

There are still 21 days in 2025, but the 2026 election, especially regarding the U.S. House of Representatives, is a top priority of the Trump Administration. The window to file paperwork to be on the ballot for the primary election in Pennsylvania hasn’t even opened yet.
