Police in Meredith on Monday arrested 30-year-old Nashua resident Paige Goulet on a felony warrant that Nashua Police issued in November, accusing her of witness tampering in a case that also involves a 6-year-old child being hospitalized for ingesting a gummy laced with THC and cocaine.

Nashua Police later Monday took custody of Goulet from Meredith authorities. She is charged with one count of tampering with witnesses and informants, a Class B felony, as well as one count of endangering the welfare of a child or incompetent, a Class A misdemeanor, police said.

Once back in Nashua, Goulet was booked on the charges and later released on $300 cash bail pending arraignment, which is scheduled for 1 p.m. Jan. 7 in Nashua district court.
