The College Football Playoff committee released its final rankings on Sunday and they certainly were controversial.
After being ranked in the top 10 and ahead of Miami in all of the previous rankings, Notre Dame was jumped by Miami in the final rankings as the Fighting Irish were left out of the CFP .
The playoff committee received plenty of criticism for its final rankings, including from former Heisman trophy winner Robert Griffin III.
The Fox Sports analyst posted on X that he believes both Miami and Notre Dame should have been included in the playoff and Alabama, the No. 9 seed, should have been left out.
