HAZLETON — Police in Hazleton City say they charged Christopher Castro-Sanlate, 19, and a juvenile with burglarizing a smoke shop.
Officers responded to Olasco Smoke Shop on South Wyoming Street just after 3 a.m. on Saturday and found a smashed front glass door.
Castro-Sanlate and the juvenile were arrested when found inside the business, police say.
Castro-Sanlate was arraigned by District Judge Joseph Carmody of West Pittston on charges of burglary, criminal trespass, criminal mischief and theft. He was released after posting $10,000 bail.
