MUNICH -- The Packers could play a game in Germany in the next few years.

The NFL on Wednesday announced it will return to Munich, Germany for regular season games in 2026 and 2028. The games will be played at the Allianz Arena, home of German soccer giants Bayern Munich. The participating teams were not announced.

The Allianz Arena previously hosted NFL games in 2022 and 2024. In 2023, the NFL played two games at Deutsche Bank Park in Frankfurt, Germany. According to the NFL, Germany boasts the league's largest fanbase in Europe.
