COPPELL--- The Coppell girls basketball team entered the week fresh off a strong second-place showing at the Jack Frost Classic. Back on their home court, Tuesday evening saw them scheduled against Frisco’s Panther Creek.

Coppell did not need long to create separation, going up 15 points after the first quarter. Despite a late push by the Lady Panthers, the Cowgirls were able to sink their outside shots and turn 15 steals into a 61-33 victory.
