SGS Pride coach Ben Herod was unhappy with his high-flying American Football team even though they returned home from Exeter Demons victorious.
His South Gloucestershire and Stroud College out might have recorded a 14-7 win but as they headed back up the M5 on the team bus, Herod made it clear the manner of their win left a lot to be desired.
Two touch-downs at the Demons’ Exeter university home by wide receiver Thomas Pande-Jackson proved decisive but the overall performance left Herod calling for more.
Herod said: “It’s been a very gruelling first half of the season for us and for many of the BUCS teams like SGS Pride
