Two severely injured in Thruway crash in Ulster, second crash in span

ROSENDALE, N.Y. — Two people suffered serious injuries in a two-vehicle collision between the New Paltz and Kingston exits on the New York State Thruway, state police said Wednesday, the second serious crash in the span in as many days.

At about 2:05 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 9, the incident occurred in the northbound lane, police said.

A third person suffered non-life-threatening injuries, police said.

State police, fire, EMS responded and the investigation is continuing, according to a press release.
