Morrisons has introduced a new service to stores across the UK with further rollouts expected in the coming months. In the latest of its in-store service offerings, Morrisons has introduced 350 Amazon return kiosks to supermarkets.
The new in-store service is said to offer customers a convenient, and time-saving way to return Amazon parcels whilst doing their weekly shop. The Amazon return kiosks are fully automated allowing customers to return eligible items in a few quick steps.
After initiating a return via their Amazon account and following the prompts, shoppers can scan their QR code at the self-service kiosk and drop-off their eligible item. Kiosks will be located next to the A
