CLEVELAND, Ohio – Archbishop Hoban senior Reese Gallagher tallied more than 100 points this season in helping lead the Knights to the Division III state semifinals, and she has been named the Cleveland.com Girls Soccer Player of the Year.

Gallagher was named first-team All-Ohio in Division III as well as the Division III Player of the Year after scoring 44 goals and assisting on 15 others for Hoban this season.

The scoring avalanche started right away, as the University of Dayton recruit scored a pair of goals in a season-opening 4-2 loss to Walsh Jesuit, the 2023 Division I state champion and 2024 state runner-up.
